I’ve recently had some steroid injections for back pain. Dr. Valvani always explains procedures step by step and each step of the way. He has a very calming manner and does not prolong your time in the office or surgery center.

I felt very rushed in this appointment. I don’t feel like Dr. Valvani listed to my concerns. I didn’t even get the opportunity to talk about half of the things I wanted to discuss because he rushed through so quickly and then was out the door. I don’t agree at all with his plan of action and if I had the opportunity to speak, he would have known that. I won’t be going for the MRI he suggested or following up with him. I feel like it was wasted time and money that I spent on my copay because now I have to continue my search in finding and orthopedic doctor who will listen. The constant pain I’m experiencing has taken a toll on my mental health and today only increased those issues.

Explained everything to me and ordered MRI. Prescribed no pain pills till he knows what the problem really is….so thankful! Love all my Pinnacle doctors!!

I felt rushed. I did not understand why I could not have a full back x - ray. I left in as much pain as I came in. He could see bulging in my spine and well looks like muscular. Go to Physical therapy. I will never come back to Pinnacle. Not HAPPY!!!

Has poor listening skills. As I spoke I could tell he had predetermined what he was willing to do. I received zero care for my severe neck pain. All I needed was a PT script and he wouldn’t accommodate.

I found him very hard to talk to. I had more to discuss, but felt rushed out of the office. Not very personable. A bit disappointing. All he wanted to do was ask me questions, when I actually had some questions to ask as well.
