He was completely unaware of my situation because his nurse Candice never communicated the issue that I brought to her attention a month earlier.Candice assured me she would notify him of my time restraint issues for this procedure and he would contact me. He had no clue and no answer to help me get the procedure I desperately needed. I am tired of feeling awful.
