I will never return to your Lecanto office. Although I like Dr. Raj my time is just as important. Today 4/25/25 my appointment was at 10:30 but arrive by 10:15. I actually arrived before that. Waited an hour in the lobby 10:30-11:30 and then placed into an exam room. Had a bladder scan as well as a urine test. Waited another 30 minutes in the exam room. At that point it was 1.5 hours after my appointment and I left after not being seen. I will never go back there and will find another urologist. I understand doctors run late but over an 1.5 hours is unreasonable and my time is just as valuable and I had other matters to attend to as well. I think I waited more than a reasonable amount of time but apparently my time is not as important.
