Absolutely an amazing DR. Dr. Deshmukh takes his time with you to make sure you understand everything! He also has an amazing team Brian has been quick to respond anytime I had any issues or concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Deshmukh and his team!

Dr. Deshmukh is an AWESOME doctor in every way. He was Heaven sent! He preformed my TKR in 2016 and did an outstanding job. I saw him on May 15, 2026 about proforming surgery on my L knee. He is the same Very professional, caring, patient, empathetic, not rushing youknowledgeable, explains well doctor that he was when I first met him. I can't say enough about him. I referred so many people to him in 2016. Dr. Deshmukh if you have time to read this, I'm the patient that told you that I sent you a Christmas Card in 2016... ABSOLUTELY ❤️ my surgeon! 💯

I was very impressed that the surgeon called me before my surgery to see if I was ready and had any questions. I have never had a surgeon called me before my surgery. I was very impressed.

Dr. Rahul Deshmukh is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, advanced arthroscopy, minimally invasive joint replacement and trauma. Dr. Deshmukh received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. During his time there, he served as the assistant physician for the Boston Celtics. As a Jacksonville native, Dr. Deshmukh is proud to bring his expertise as a nationally recognized orthopedic surgeon to his local community. He is the current Chief of Orthopedics and Director of Orthopedic Center of Excellence for St. Vincent’s Southside. He also serves as the team physician for the Jacksonville Icemen hockey team.
