Very impressed with Dr Dashmukh. My initial visit. He gave me excellent advice as to how to how to strengthen my knee, legs and back to possibly avoid knee surgery. A fine physician .

Dr. Deshmukh is outstanding at his profession, and always puts his patients first. He is personable and will explain the entire process, and answer any questions in order to make you feel comfortable. As an Orthopedic surgeon he is second to none. I HIGHLY recommend him.

I love how most of the staff is quite friendly. I also appreciate the way my concerns were addressed. I also love the fact that the doctor felt relaxed not rushing. He took time to treat me as human and not just another number.

Dr. Rahul Deshmukh is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, advanced arthroscopy, minimally invasive joint replacement and trauma. Dr. Deshmukh received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. During his time there, he served as the assistant physician for the Boston Celtics. As a Jacksonville native, Dr. Deshmukh is proud to bring his expertise as a nationally recognized orthopedic surgeon to his local community. He is the current Chief of Orthopedics and Director of Orthopedic Center of Excellence for St. Vincent’s Southside. He also serves as the team physician for the Jacksonville Icemen hockey team.
When he’s not in the office he enjoys many outdoor activities including windsurfing, skydiving, water skiing, sailing, and scuba diving. He also loves to travel the world and learn new languages; he’s currently proficient in Spanish, French, Marathi, and Hindi.
