Very kind and thorough. He is the first surgeon to call me at home the night before the surgery to see if i needed anything or had any questions, I’m very impressed!

Dr Deshmukh is very thorough and when i got to see him, the visit was quick. I didnt need to do imaging or a brace a different day as they were quick to receive authorizations from my insurance and help me. He and the staff at Southeast Ortho always seem genuinely happy to help and not dismissive.

Dr. Deshmukh was very thorough and patient with my first evaluation for shoulder pain. I am sure the treatments that were suggested will give me some relief.

When I arrived, I was informed there was a 2 hour wait. I set this appointment weeks ago…specifically with Dr Deshmukh, and was shocked to hear “2 hours.” On my end, I rescheduled a staff meeting and literally “flew” to be on time for the appointment. If I would have received a courtesy call or text, telling me of the 2hour delay, I could have accomplished some additional tasks in my office. I would be very hesitate to schedule another appointment and have this happen again. BTW…he did my shoulder years ago, that’s why I came back for my knee. Courtesy calls/texts should be considered. Thanks for hearing me out…and thank you to your office manager for listening today, too.
