Excellent professional did a great job was extremely thorough

He seemed upset that I was on time to my appointment and not early. The first thing he said after introducing himself was that in the future I needed to be there at least 15 minutes early, which I politely acknowledged. He then asked what was going on with me, then as I explained, he kept interrupting me with “got it” “ok” “yeah”. It seemed like he was irritated and rushing. The communication was him asking questions and cutting me off as I answered, then passive aggressive comments about being there early. He had me email some medical records before the appointment ended and as we waited at the printer, he made another comment “this is why you need to be here early because I need to look over these first”. It would’ve been nice if I was told to send these documents before hand, but I wasn’t. I understand there are time constraints, but this was my first appointment and it was just unpleasant and I didn’t appreciate being talked at like a parent correcting a child.

Dr Sharma was efficient, knowledgeable, compassionate, and comforting during a time when I was in extreme pain and under stress from not sleeping or able to perform daily functions. He figured out a way to try and reduce the pain today, and is helping me to have a procedure approved by next week. I’d happily see him again. Highly recommend.
