It took 2 months to get in and it was mainly because they kept playing with my appointment. When I finally got in, I came in to discuss the heart palpitations I've been having. They did an EKG that showed I was normal. Doctor didn't see a reason to move forward with a monitor and I got charged $180 for the privilege. Also, the 30min for 1st time appointment rule is dumb. Either have your staff get on the Trinity health system or have the hospital get more staff.

Not conversational. Not inquisitive why I was changing cardiac doctor, not inquisitive as to what my primary issues were in my own mind.

It's such a factory at this practice that I generally spend more time waiting for the doctor than speaking with him. I have two autoimmune diseases (both of which can have a degenerative effect on the body) and I've come to him about tachycardia and irregular breathing before. His response is always "well your EKG looks fine and your heart sounded fine when I listened, so it's probably fine." He claimed the tachycardia was due to my ADHD meds, even though I've had it since before I started taking them. He's not rude, but I never have the sense that he's taking the complexity of my case into consideration, and I'm currently in the process of looking for another cardiologist.

Great Dr however he is too busy and runs late constantly which is ok on occasion as there arts hospital emergencies that I understand. However it limits mine time with him as he is so backed up . In and out in 5 minutes . Several people walked out yesterday for the delay ad no one in the office gave an update as he was RY 45 minutes late.
No apologies from anyone.
I have been a patient of him for years and I now feel I am not getting the attention I deserve because he is so busy. Again a great Dr .
