Found her very knowledgeable kind and answered any and all questions concerning my visit.

Dr told me she would prescribe an ointment for my eye but was on to telling me I should change my next appt to see Dr Ripa rather than Dr Mercer because of a scar on my cornea. Before I could ask questions about the ointment or explain that the scar on my cornea has been there for at least 30 years and causes me no problems, she was out of the room. I called the office the next day (Thursday) with questions about the ointment but no one returned my call Called the office again Friday and again asked for a return call which did not happen. Had discovered the ointment she ordered was going to cost $291 dollars with insurance. Can't do that. It seems clear she does not want to be my doctor. Not sure what I could have said or done in the maybe 10 minutes I spent with her on Wednesday that might have offended her.

I so enjoyed meeting Dr. Mercer. She was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Most importantly she explained in great detail and made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Mercer was fully invested in listening to my issues and figuring out what was causing it. I would recommend her to anyone!
