A native of Oklahoma, Dr. Mercer received both her bachelor’s degree in biology and her medical degree from Texas Tech University. Dr. Mercer completed a one-year internship in internal medicine and a three-year residency in ophthalmology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Mercer completed her formal medical training with a fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology at the University of Iowa.
Dr. Mercer is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.

I have listened to friends who are unhappy with their results of their cataract surgery by another doctor. I highly recommend Dr Mercer to my fellow geezers.
Very thorough and explained things clearly . Wish you provided print out or online access to findings, results . Also think redundant eye screening again when there 2 weeks before. Better use of staff doing this again. !
