Very direct, informative, and explained thoroughly all the things I have been doing incorrectly and how they were affecting my foot health. Also gave numerous suggestions on how to make changes that will benefit me and my foot health. She spent a fair amount of time with me, answered all my questions with great detail that was easy to understand. She also removed a few corns and callouses before I left and my feet already feel tons better. Saw her yesterday, and already today my afternoon walk doubled in distance due to no painful corns... I could have went further but I'm not used to being able to put in that many laps.

I previously loved bring my mom to Dr. Stern. Not so much anymore. I do not appreciate being reprimanded for being 5 minutes late to an appointment and for there being no insoles to her shoes. I’m doing my best …. and we were late because it’s not always easy getting a 91 year old parent with dementia ready and out of the the door on time. I’m sorry if you and your staff were a little late getting to lunch yesterday. I won’t make any more late morning appointments. We will return to afternoon appointments so as not to inconvenience you and your staff again.
