Great communicator.
Very thorough and good explanation of what was going to happen. Any questions I asked were answered with an explanation to go with it. I appreciated her thoughtfulness.
Very professional but understandable and thorough.
This woman is the absolute greatest. Loved chatting with her. If I ever need surgery, I will certainly choose her as my surgeon.
