First of all. I made an appt and was able to get in the next day. She diagnosed me accurately and quickly. Gave me a shot and sent me on my way. I already don’t like shots or doctors, so taking care of business while being very nice and personable made it worthwhile.
Spoke so I could understand and asked if I had questions. Took a lot of nervousness away

She wasn't a good listener, did not show the x-rays of my hand, and was dismissive of my concerns to the point of telling me I was wrong, even though it was something documented. I want to feel like my medical professionals are those who I can partner with to get the best outcomes for both of us; unfortunately, I did not get that feeling here. I really wanted to like and work with her, so this was very disappointing for me...
