I had a 10am appointment asked to arrive at 9:40. Waiting so long I had to cancel my radiology appointment which was at 11 o’clock. I was not seen by the doctor until 11 o’clock. I’m sorry sitting there for an hour and a half is not my idea of being efficient. I hope I never have to go back to this practice again.
