Suite 100
Las Vegas, NV 89129
Dr. Rachel Baldwin, D.O., is a board-eligible obstetrician-gynecologist at The Ob-Gyn Center, a Hera Women’s Health Center of Excellence. A Colorado Springs native, she earned her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Colorado Mesa University, graduating magna cum laude on academic and tennis scholarships. She completed her medical degree at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in the Physician-Scientist Honors Track, along with a pre-doctoral fellowship in osteopathic principles and practices.
Dr. Baldwin then trained at MountainView Hospital through the HCA Sunrise Health GME Consortium’s Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program in Las Vegas, where she served as chief academic resident. Her residency honors include the Society of Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgeons’ Outstanding Minimally Invasive Surgery Resident award, the Excellence in Obstetrics and Excellence in Urogynecology awards, and the Thomas N. Abdella, MD Foundation Maternal Fetal Medicine Resident Award, which she received in both 2024 and 2025.
Dr. Baldwin provides general obstetric and gynecologic care with particular interest in obstetrics, breastfeeding medicine, minimally invasive gynecologic and pelvic surgery, and preventative and holistic care. She is passionate about educating and empowering women through every phase of their lives. She believes knowledge is power and wants every woman to take an active role in her own health and medical decisions, so she listens to every concern and works through questions with her patients collaboratively.
Her care follows osteopathic principles: the body is a unit capable of self-regulation when optimized, structure and function are interrelated, and rational treatment rests on an understanding of that relationship. Her goal as a physician is to find optimal health in her patients, not just treat disease. Outside the office, she trail runs, mountain bikes, rock climbs, and plays tennis, and she spends her free time with her husband and two young sons camping and exploring national parks.
