I was very fortunate to find a doctor such as Dr. Rich Livingston. He has become a trusted friend as well as a trusted health provider, he is always concerned, prompt on responding, and very thorough.

Dr. Livingston is not a huge talker, but he is a great listener. He never rushes through appointments. So, it is good to know that when it is your turn, he will give you all the time you need.

Dr Livingston has taken good care of me for more than 20 years. I have had a few issues that he discovered and arranged treatment for before they became serious. Some that come to mind are Appendicitis, skin cancer, and a stroke.

Very helpful with needed information

It always takes 45 minutes after my appt time to see the doctor. He spends most of the time with me inputting data into his computer and I would like there to be more time spent communicating with me and asking a few more diagnostic questions about my general wellbeing. I have also had an AWFUL time getting refill requests processed from my on-line pharmacy.

I appreciate the extra effort in my healing process.

I waited for 2 hours. When I was finally seen he was disinterested and short. I felt like he was in a hurry and I left with many unanswered questions. He never actually told me what he was diagnosing. When I tried to ask questions he was getting up, gathering his things and heading for the door. At one point I found myself finishing a question I had in the hallway because he was already leaving the room. I had to call back and talk to nurses to get information that should have been discussed during the appointment.
