I feel like he listened to my problem and understood from his experience the best next step. The entire staff from reception, x-ray tech, medical assistant and medical secretary were very kind, helpful, and caring.

He is the best I have been going to him ever since I moved to Duxbury in a first office all the way till now he did both my knees, and I admire him as a great physician and a great businessman and a credit to the community. I tell everyone about him.

Terrific communication skills! He listened to my symptoms, explained the Xray, did a thorough exam, and gave me a full list of options in order of what he recommends. He was up to date in the current literature, the pros and cons of various treatments, and what he personally suggests in my case. Although I was hoping for a “quick fix”, I trust him and felt at ease. Wish there were more doctors like him.

I went to Plymouth Bay Ortho for a gel shot for my knee. I normally see Emily, the PA but Emily is no longer there. Dr. Oliver entered the room and told me that he normally doesn’t do injections because he “saves his brain for more important things” which seemed a fairly odd comment. I told him that Emily had said that if any of my psoriasis breakouts had become open wounds the shot could cause an infection. Dr. Oliver then stated that if I was worried, he wouldn’t do the injection and proceeded to pull up his right pant leg to above the level of his sock. He then said “I don’t have psoriasis.” The whole visit was uncomfortable on every level. Dr. Oliver seemed very unsure of himself administering the shot and lifting up his pant leg was inappropriate and.very strange. I will never make another appointment with Dr. Oliver again. I think he needs to retire.
