He was awesome, however, if triage could have been done better on the phone when I initially called, then I would not have had to wait for 3 months to get sent to get cortisone shot.. the person making the appointment could have saved some of his time
Dr. Cowan, is a Doctor that is extremely informative, to the point and does not make you wait for hours. He's straight forward and takes care of you in a professional fashion, and for that I thank you sir.
Dr. Cowan was very courteous in listening to my concerns, and confirmed the conservative approach to my condition that I had received from another surgeon.
