Some lapse in processing by staff. I was prescribed a medication I am Likely allergic to. Experience with doctor was very positive, but something broke down in the process. I indicated my medication allergies twice, once in online form, and once in office intake.

Pre-Surgery Opinion: Sr. Murphy is perceived to be exactly what I want for my surgeon! He has enough years of experience to be proficient with his skills & young enough to be educated on the latest surgical technologies.
