I waited over 20 minutes before she came into exam room and did not bother to apologize. She was not engaging, as far as explaining why the viral conjunctivitis won’t go away. She did not come across as friendly.

I was particularly pleased that Dr.Yang is a woman. She is friendly and made me feel comfortable,and she answered all my questions about how long I might experience blurry vision and itchy eyes.
