For an 8:00 appointment there was still about half an hour wait until I saw the doctor.

Long wait time. Since if we are 15 minutes late you can reschedule according to your sign you should have a sign that says tell us if you have been waiting 15 minutes past your appointment time

Dr. Gorantla was very thorough and listened to everything I had to tell her. Felt that she cared about me as a patient and my concerns.

She answers my questions but I’ve told her the same pain and problems 4 apts in a row and she does nothing about it. I’ve asked her to change medicine every time. And she’s won’t. I’m looking for a new doctor. She’s told me it’s anxiety and today I told her (again) a pain in my back that happens and she told me that’s not happening. Im done.
