Dr. Parikh is very patient, listens well and is highly knowledgeable. I never feel rushed when in his office and he carefully explains the reasons for any treatment plan he is proposing. I find Dr. Parikh very thoughtful, understanding and caring.

I was actually there for ultrasounds with Vaneeta. Wait time in the lobby was less than five minutes, and Vaneeta was able to get both my ultrasounds completed back to back and had me out in less than 30 minutes.

Dr. Pratik Parikh is an interventional cardiologist at Midwest Cardiovascular Institute in Elmhurst.
Dr. Parikh earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Baroda Medical College in India. He studied internal medicine at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Jamaica, NY and Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He also completed fellowships in heart failure & transplant, cardiology and interventional cardiology from Allegheny General Hospital. Recently, Dr. Parikh earned his Master of Business (MBA) from Auburn University, Alabama.
Dr. Parikh is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology. He currently serves as Medical Director for Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital.
