I was in for a prescription check. He is knowledgeable and professinal but I asked a specific question about my prescription and he gave me an answer blaming the optical business where I got my glasses. Truth is, my prescription was incorrect.. He did change it,but would not give me an honest answer.

He treated me like he thought I was dumb for making an appt after my recent cataract surgery, as my Dr who did the surgery, did not have any spots Available, when my eye went fr clear to blurry 2 wks after my surgery. Said people come in all the time about this, and my eye was fine and still healing. Well it’s my eye and I was concerned about it. Felt like he thought I wasted his time by coming in. I said I had called in and she put me on hold to talk to someone about if I should come in, and said they said I should have it looked at. He said” well of course, they can’t see your eye over the phone “. I thought he was very rude and didn’t care that I had concern over my eye. I would never have him as my Dr and I left there very frustrated.

My experience could not have been better. Dr. Sheridan was great. The entire staff was fantastic.

The people at St. Paul Eye Clinic are top notch including Dr. Sheridan...he is a terrific doctor....If that weren't enough, the main reason I stay is because of Jennifer in the contact lens dept. She rates a 15 on a 1-10 point scale. My only complaint is it takes too long...what should have been a 45 min to an hour appt turned into 2 hrs. I understand it cannot be helped at times. I feel that I receive such great care that I choose to stay. Thanks to everyone at this clinic!!!
