He listened to me and gave me good feedback very knowledgeable
At first I was very impressed and very comfortable. He told me with my problem being a year and a half old, there was a probability it might not be fixed. Suggested I see another doctor there for a steroid shot. When I tried to make an appointment it was two months out. Tried getting in contact with him. If there is a possibility it might not be fixable after a year and a half, wouldn’t you think it’s kind of an emergency to get in as soon as possible. Then I get a phone call at 4:55 last night from your office, but no message. I call this morning at 8:00 and am told I will get a call back. It’s now 9:30 and have not heard a word. Kinda Mae’s you think different don’t you think.
Excellent communication skills. We agreed on a plan to alleviate my pain levels. I felt like I was talking to my grandson. Youth, experience and knowledge combined makes Dr Zakko a great addition to the staff at Atlantic Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine.
Excellent. Thank You.
Calm, sensitive, excellent communicator, took time to explain every aspect of my MRI and surgery pre- and post-. I trust him.
Answered all my questions
Compassionate Listened intently to my concerns. Explained in layman’s terms. A gentleman.
He seems very confident, and I appreciated his manner. I only hope he can do something for me because I’m in a lot of pain and have been for quite a while.
Didn't have a problem being told he didn't believe a lumbar surgery would fix my lumbar spine but told me that it would actually hurt worse afterward. Addressed none of the symptoms just said I've got permanent nerve damage sorry. Not a recommendation for anything to alleviate the pain the saddle numbness nothing just a quick in and out
Let’s hope this works today with Dr. McManm!
