"As long as I can remember, I have always wanted to be a doctor. My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer when I was five-years-old. I remember going to the oncologist and wanting to be the person that could help my mom. After a hard-fought battle with breast cancer, my mother passed, and at age 11 I was inspired to pursue a medical career.
During medical school, I found that orthopaedics was the ultimate profession to heal. While in residency, I truly enjoyed operating on the upper extremity. The meticulous detail and precision that went into the procedures really fit me well. I was also lucky enough to be mentored by many wonderful hand surgeons, including one of the most accomplished hand surgeons in the United States, Dr. Peter J. Stern. Fulfilling a childhood dream and helping people return to function is one of the many reasons why I love what I do." - Dr. To

Just the best!!!!!
I met with Dr To 3 times and none of them went well. On the day of my surgery I asked a few questions and his response quickly turned hostile. Comments like 'well, you don't have to get the surgery'. He takes questions as a personal attack and gets defensive. This made me quite upset during my surgery. When I got my stitches out, my incision was quite swollen. I was informed they should have come out on day 7 and 16 days was too long. I didn't choose a follow up at 16 days. That was scheduled for me on the day of my surgery. Dr To did a great job on my surgery but the issues given above warrant my rating of poor.
Very good doctor
Dr.To was absolutely excellent in providing detailed information , answering questions, and taking time with me.
Direct, complete, clear.
Awesome
Phillip helped reduce my concerns regarding a finger that's a little bit crooked. Happy with his recommendation.
No-one better.
Excellent Kind and Knowledgeable
To the point. A little short, not very talkative. Could be warmer. He is nice and efficient.
