Kind, caring and spent focused time explaining the process before surgery and just as consistent on the healing follow up appointments. I am grateful!
Waiting room was packed , as it always is. Arrived and signed in at 10:30 my appt. was at 10:40. Was finally called at 12:15. This was for a 5 min. follow up visit. This was a bit much, and unnessessary. All times and dates can be verified by the office and sign in sheet. I can walk and I get around pretty good, but there were people with walkers, crutches, and boots. Question? Why is the office about as far from the elevator as you can make it. Patient have to walk down a very long aisle. For patient care shouldn’t the offices be a lot closer.
Dr. Shaheen was very friendly and explained everything perfectly.
Amazing job
Dr. Shaheen is very personable and made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood what the issue was and even showed me my X-rays and explained what was on them. Circled on the paper so I could see what the issue was.
Very thorough and informative
