Dr Shaheen took time to go over my MRI results with me ..I had an appointment with Faythe scheduled but she asked to wait to see Dr Shaheen. She told me I would have to wait and I agreed to wait. I might have waited 5 - 10 minutes at most. Doc spent at least a half an hour with me and was very informative about my foot deformity.

Kind, caring and spent focused time explaining the process before surgery and just as consistent on the healing follow up appointments. I am grateful!

Waiting room was packed , as it always is. Arrived and signed in at 10:30 my appt. was at 10:40. Was finally called at 12:15. This was for a 5 min. follow up visit. This was a bit much, and unnessessary. All times and dates can be verified by the office and sign in sheet. I can walk and I get around pretty good, but there were people with walkers, crutches, and boots. Question? Why is the office about as far from the elevator as you can make it. Patient have to walk down a very long aisle. For patient care shouldn’t the offices be a lot closer.
