Philip Pounders, M.D.

Dr. Philip Pounders grew up in North Little Rock and received his undergrad from the University of Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in 2011 and completed his residency in 2014. Dr. Pounders has spent a lot of time overseas – living in many places like Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and Belize. He’s most inspired watching individuals improve their health through lifestyle changes.
