However demanding his schedule may be, he never seems rushed. He listens carefully, takes concerns seriously, explains his reasoning thoroughly, and invariably follows through. One never feels like just another appointment. His combination of intellectual rigor, clinical judgment, and genuine humanity is rare. Not to put too fine a point on it, if he is not quite the person who saved my life, he is certainly someone who has had a profound and lasting beneficial effect on it.

I waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen and still didn't get to see him because I had to leave to pick up my grandkids at school He seen me rescheduling and didn't even say sorry for the wait or anything
