Dr Havens fixed both of my rotator cuffs and did a superb job. Office visit today to take care of other issues, so far a big improvement this evening, compared to how I felt this morning visiting his office. I would recommend and do recommend to everyone who needs help.

8 days after my knee surgery my site looks good!

Good Surgeon, good bedside manor.

I went in for a prognosis on my knee and instead was asked if I wanted an MRI. I felt that he is the doctor and he should decide what the best way to diagnosis my knee and not me, the patient.

The information I received was very good. The process was efficient and friendly.

Appreciated getting a next day appointment and a clear explanation.

Good visit. After my visit I wish I would have asked what are my chances of re-tearing my tendons. All staff iwere good.

Listen to me and explain things so I understand whe was saying

Took 60 seconds. Said nothing broken on X-ray. No physical exam of areas of pain. Asked “you want to ride it out or do PT?” And was done. Had to ask about pain mgmt, anti-inflammatory, heat/ice. Yea great Walked off

He was very attentive to my current health concern.

He is getting better at listening

Dr. did not explain "what's next" but he was very expedient on the chosen treatment.

As a new patient I did not feel he took the time to understand my situation or get to know me. The appointment felt rushed, and mechanical.I expressed concern with pain management and or treatment to offer relief and was given future options but I did not feel I left with pain management. To be experiencing this much pain for this long is new for me and I just feel miserable and helpless and was hoping for relief.

Dr. Havens explains what he has found and how to fix what is wrong in laymens terms.

I felt like I was rushed out. He didn’t really talk to me like I was hoping to.

After being late from a surgery, which is fine, but we did wait for an hour and a half for my daughter’s appointment. There was no apology, no introduction, no smile. He proceeded to make a comment that my daughter was a frequent flyer- she’s been there for one other injury and therapy for that injury. He gave us I would say normal instructions and was in and out in 4-6 minutes. He then went to the next patient room and I heard him comment how he was sorry he was late. It’s fine if he was having a bad day. I understand. It’s the comment about being a frequent flyer. It wasn’t necessary or true. And makes me second-guess if I can trust his thoughts on my daughter’s leg.

Doctor Havens was personable, knowledgeable and was able to explain my situtation very well so the need for a lot of questions was nonexistent. Thanks Doc! See you in a month!

He is a great surgeon, but lacks in communication skills. A lot of times people forget questions while there and he offers no helpful information. I wish he would expand more.

He never went over xrays with me. Barely spent 5 minutes with me. He said cortisone shot or surgery were my only options. I'm not even convinced of what the problem is!

Dr. Havens is the very best Orthopedic professional you could ever imagine. He is very polite, straight forward, Is very meticulous when performing surgeries. I have had three different operations from Dr. Havens, including two shoulder operations, one of which was terribly damaged. I have had multiple injections and he is by far the least painful Dr. to give an injection in the joint.

Treated like a number. Next please. He didn't even look at my name! Barely examined me and I have been in misery for 2 months now? Xrays look fine. Take some tylenol lol. Like I haven't done that? Been to a chiropractor more than a few times and massage therapist. Can't accomodate my work hours so have to wait 2 weeks for an initial therapy appointment? So now probably another month of misery 🤒 Not sure what I'm going to do??
