Wonderful bedside manner! He made me feel comfortable, he asked all the right questions, and with a very broken collarbone he was very gentle and did some wonderful test. Check my strength. I’m praying that there’s no problems with my insurance so I can come back and get the surgery. I need soon, as my right clavicle is a nonunion with a 2 1/2 cm gap but I’m scared of doctors and he really made me feel comfortable above and beyond

I enjoyed meeting Dr Hagan and I am completely satisfied with my knee surgery! I felt he took the time to listen to me and always answers my questions. As a nurse I usually have a lot of questions. He and his office staff are efficient, clean, and still warm and friendly! I could not have asked for more!

Dr Hagan has been taking care of my knees for at least 15 years. He is the best! Everyone in his group is so nice. From the time you walk in the office you are made to feel important. The people at check-in are quick & thorough. Nurses, PA’s, Radiology techs etc are also so great. Dr Hagan explains problems so clearly that you’ll never leave an appointment wondering what something meant or knowing what your options are.

Didnt listen to me as a patient and even though I had serious Injuries that cause me not to be able to function day to day life and even be able to sleep and tried all medications the one medication that helped was Norco and instead of treating me as a patient treatment I got was more of a junkie and no relief is all I got

Always love the care that I receive from Dr. Hagan, his nurses and med techs. Only improvement might be at the reception desk. Both times I have chk’d in over the last 6+ months receptionist at the Dr. Hagan's slot seems to always be interven’g into what is going on in the adjacent checkin slot and ignores my checkin for several+ mins. Not just disrespectful but implies my appt. is less important than the others. I have worked a recept. in the past, at a multi-doc. this is not best cust. Svr

He is a very good caring doctor. Answer all your concerns. I just want him to remove the scar tissue but he doesn’t feel I should do it. His concerns makes me rate him a 5 star.
