Very professional
Great interest in results from my nerve surgeries and good next steps.
Waited in waiting room for one hour and five minutes then waited in office approximately ten minutes before seeing him . He spent approximately ten minutes with me and suggested I make a appointment with another Dr in that practise and ordered a medication that I tried before and said it didn't work for me. When I went out to make the appointment for the other Dr I was told by the receptionist that I couldn't just make a appointment with that Dr as it had to be approved by the clinic. I said Dr Lopez ordered it. She said it would still have to be approved. I felt this visit was a waste of my time!
Very compassionate, and kind, notpushy
