I had hoped Dr Taylor would offer a more comprehensive explanation of pacemakers and how they work and better and more inviting question and answer.

Dr. Taylor takes so much time to listen to you and discuss things in detail with you. Empathetic and doesn't make you feel like just a number.

My appointment was at 9.15 am, I got there at about 8.45am. I was called in about five minutes later and was seen by Dr Taylor and out of the room by 9.30am. The assistant was very nice and friendly, she did everything she was supposed to do before the doctor came in. Dr. Taylor came in and he was also very friendly just as the first time I saw him. He gave me great news and that was the best part of the visit. The receptionist at the front desk was also very nice, they were always smiling and had great attitudes. Very nice environment for me

Dr Taylor Spent one minute looking at an infection near my pacemaker incision. Then the nurse took over. He Spent no time with me to allow me to ask any questions. They ordered Zyvox and Walgreens asked for a PA. I didn’t hear a word back from Jen regarding my prescription. I called and left her a message in her inbox the day after meeting the doctor and NO response. I called back in a day or so following and spoke with a lady regarding my situation and she marked it urgent. I’m 10 days from seeing the doc and still no antibiotic. TOTALLY 100% UNPROFESSIONAL

Dr Taylor is a brilliant cardiologist who genuinely cares for his patients.

Took lots time to explain my husbands heart stays and the effects his chemo treatment will have on his heart and side effects of the medication. Also he is continuing to do his due diligence by closely monitoring my husband and keeping on top of his medical condition. So thankful for Dr. Taylor and his compassion and expertise in the cardiac field. After 14 years as a patient we can truly say he is the best.

I've been a patient of Dr Taylor' for 14 years If I had to give him a letter grade it would be an A+ I' am a priority One disabled war veteran with many illnesses and ailments. One of my ailments was a heart condition. Thanks to Dr Taylor and the intervention of the thoracic surgeon I am still alive I would recommend Dr Taylor hands down to anyone needing an outstanding cardiologist.
