Dr. Schwartz has an interest in treating diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease and chronic lung conditions. He is a diagnostician with experience in the diagnosis of complex and rare conditions.
Dr. Schwartz studied microbiology and earned his undergraduate degree with high honors from the University of Florida. He received his medical degree with honors from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital with a focus on internal and hospital medicine. Dr. Schwartz scored in the 99th percentile (nationally) on his medical board exams.
Additionally, Dr. Schwartz is certified in hospitalist medicine through the University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital with specialized training in the Hospital Medicine Track, including patient safety/prevention of errors, quality improvement, care coordination and perioperative medicine.
Dr. Schwartz sees patients from central and south Palm Beach County including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington, Greenacres, Lake Worth, Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach and Loxahatchee. He speaks English and conversational Spanish.
Dr. Schwartz enjoys spending time with his wife and children, watching South Florida sports, physical fitness and playing the piano.
