Arrived on time and waited 50 minutes before a nurse called me and then another 15 minutes for the doctor. Not happy!

He lacked a professional stature - came into the room with head down, mumbled, and was surprised in how he carried himself. He referred to my urine test and future treatment as “stuff” and not in a way where most well spoken doctors can get away with. He asked me a couple of questions twice, which was already reflected in my paperwork that was emphasized I complete in advance. Felt super weird in his care.

Down to earth guy , answered all my questions and explained my awful quarry kidney stone situation and what he will do to help me . So grateful i am .
