13 mo after ankle replacement and I’m no better than before. Worse in some ways. Maurus kept telling me I’d have great motion. Ow he says I need to replace the replacement.

Dr. Maurus is very knowledgeable and down to earth. He tells you what you need and don’t need.

Although he was a bit late, I still feel he gives me all the time necessary to check things out,and answer any questions.

Other than nursing personel not updating pharmacy information from over a year ago , visit went well. Very frustrating after you have updated pharmacy information and have had perscriptions filled at updated pharmacy that the old pharmacy wasn't taken off list and perscription went yo old pharmacy. Thus multiple calls to pharmacy and clinic again.

Dr. Maurus took time with me to explain treatment options and prognosis. He was patient and kind.

He zips into the exam room and spends as little time with the patient as is humanly possible. By the time you can think of a question he is out of the room! The surgery was a success but his bedside manor leaves a little to be desired. The staple removal was excruciatingly painful.

My recent appt was at 10:45 am. I was walking out the door at 10:46. I was the customary 15 minutes early...Dr Maurus and his staff, especially Lisa, whom extracted my stitches, are topnotch.

Everyone in the office was great. Efficient, caring and very helpful.

Everything went very smoothly! Doc even said if I have any problems, to call and just stop in and that I would not need to make an appointment!!

I've seen multiple ortho foot specialists over the years. I've always been told arthritis & not a lot of options. However, Dr Maurus listed Durable Medical Supply options, that I tried in the office & purchased. He also suggested a couple of shoe options available in our local mall. I received a steroid injection same day, too. I walked out better than when I walked in. Highly recommend this very personable, no rush, yet professional Dr.

I thought maybe my ganglion cyst had come back, as I had pain in my feet. After checking for cysts and not finding any, he gave me injections in each foot. The next morning I was pain free. It is wonderful.

This guy is a REAL doctor who actually practices doctoring. He listened to me and gave me all my options including consequences on each option.
