We have been seeing Dr Heilbroner for a while and we are pleased with him and his office staff. He really knows how to best incorporate the meds and care our son needs in order for him to improve in his schooling despite his disabilities.

Excellent Neurologist. Great with my son! My son felt comfortable.

Last time I did a tela med and he insisted I had to have my son present next time but he didn’t even talk to my son during this visit. Each visit is ONLY 5min so I don’t feel he takes time to explain anything or give choices. I will be looking for a different neurologist for my son.

While Dr. Heilbroner provided a thorough examination and explanation of my son’s issue, his bedside manner leaves little to be desired.

Dr. Heilbroner explained everything very clearly to us about our daughter’s diagnosis and we feel comfortable moving forward with the treatment/management plan with him.

I am sure he’s a good MD, but his bedside manner needs work. He was a bit rude and didn’t build any rapport with my child. He wasn’t friendly at all to be honest. That said, he didn’t spend more than 15 minutes with us, so I am not sure if he made the most accurate assessment of my child.

Three months ago after performing a 48hr eeg exam he told me my results, but after three months in our following appointment tells me something different regarding results. Also forgot to document phone call back then, so there was nothing for him to go back to and check.

Friendly and professional staff. We’ve been here several times in-person and there is very little wait time beyond your scheduled appointment. Dr. Heilbroner listen to my daughter and I and offered suggestions and several options to help us.
