Dr. Donaldson is always very attentive to my concerns. He takes the time to understand my issues and spends time asking and answering questions. Our whole family has been going to him for years! He’s always been great at diagnosing and treating all of our sports injuries.
Dr. Donaldson had read my chart and was familiar with my medical background and well prepared for my office staff. He listen to my questions and complaints although I repeatedly interrupted him. His reception area was courteous and professional while fielding frequent telephone calls. The office staff member listened to my concerns and kept.me apprised of my treatment (xrays) and anything pertinent to my visit. The office is very efficient, but still caring and warm.
