I think your front desk staff were great and efficient. I was impressed with how fast I got I for an X-ray but I was not impressed with the Dr. He spent 5 minute with me and basically told me I need PT or an epidural. He didn’t provide any tips for pain relief and what I can do to prevent muster from injuring more. My leg is numb and I was told to do PT. That is fine but so I do in the meantime for pain relief? It hurts to wear clothing. Wasted trip and time

I would give a 5 but the assistant was not very attentive and never showed us the way out and the halls were confusing after sitting in a room for awhile. They also could not provide a cold pack. The Dr left the room to get one and there was no more.
