My daughter and I experience a terrible 1st time visit with Dr. Billing. His nurse assistant was nice but as soon as Dr Biglin walked in he was very rude, obnoxious about why were we there. I will never refer anyone to this type of person. He was horrible!!

I needed to know more about the shot that he was talking about that goes in my back. I have never had one I needed to know the different names of the ones that are available to me, including the jail shot. None of that was explained too. I don’t like to leave a doctors office with questions.

Rude. And showed zero interest in helping me. Strictly tried shoving the worst nerve blocking pain down my throat. Dr. Guettler had given me hope that Biglin would help figure out why I’m in so much pain. I drove 4 hours for nothing
