Best back surgeon- skillful, personable
Dr Alexander done my back surgery about 6 months ago. He and his team did a great job explaining everything to me and caring for my needs while I was in the hospital and at the office during follow up appointments.
Dr. Alexander is a positive and highly respected physician. He gave me a thoughtful and honest critique of my condition. I felt his concern was genuine. Being heard is a great feeling and gift to some in pain.
Everything was smooth and quick thank you very much
He walked in and without any prior discussion, asked why I was there. He had me get an MRI 4 months earlier and had I not called to be seen sooner, it would have been 6 months getting the results. He seemed to make light of my situation saying my back was in better shape than his. He doesn't know what I've lived with or the pain I have daily that prevents me from living an active life. He wanted to tell me I was overweight, which I already know. How about telling me something to help with pain so I can be active and lose weight? How about a brief conversation to learn a little about me and what I've been going through? Very Impersonal, almost cocky! He may be a great surgeon but lacks personality. He offered no help, suggested nothing other than losing weight.
Dr. Alexander is excellent!
Dr. Alexander was very friendly and straight to the point.
