Sensitive to my special needs . Pretty good at explanation .
Felt a little rushed, I couldn’t understand if she was taking verbal notes or speaking to me.
Lack of patient care. Did not value my time at all. Did not read my chart and know what care I needed being oblivious to when I was due.
Having more empathy and caring for how patients feel would be appreciated I felt rushed maybe it was a busy day but it does not make me want to come back !

First and foremost she doesn’t know how to speak to patients, she’s misguiding with her information and when you have questions she makes you feel like you question her ability to do her job. When i come to these checkups for my baby & I, I don’t come to have someone brag about how long they’ve been in the medical field for neither do I need someone to make me feel stupid if I have concerns regarding my health.
