The wait time it’s horrible just for a check up of 10 min or less and had some concerns of pregnancy of how I been feeling and the pain I been feeling as well. She just measure my belly and check heart beat of baby and some other while she was talking she was walking her way out the room it’s unprofessional that while you waiting for almost 1 hour to just get ignored and sent home like nothing not going back againg I’m definitely going to look for another place.

Really great gynecologist. Cares for patients and helpful. Does a great job.

I was very upset when I left my appointment. She did not wash her hands before grabbing the gloves to exam me. Hopefully, she did not pass anything contagious to me. Very unsanitary. She touched dirty paperwork/pens and the door. She rushed through my appointment. She answered a phone call on her watch before she was done with me. I felt like she did not listen to my concerns. I was referred to her. I Also referred others to her because she was very patient and helpful a few years ago.I am very disappointed. I am a very patient and understanding person. I generally do not leave negative feedback but she was very unprofessional. I have been a patient there for 18 years. I need to look for a new Gynecologist and inform my primary care doctor. Dr. Ember was the best.

Long wait time

Horrible experience. She couldn’t find my baby heart I got sooo scared. And her MA was so rude. I felt sooo sad and clueless. Like i had so much questions and none were answer. I was like why did I come if i left with no answer and sad. She was so lost and they were just looking at my chart. I asked to check my discharge because I wanted to make sure everything was good. Her answer was I have discharge and she has discharge. I was like I understand EVERY girl has discharge but I want to know if MY discharge is good or bad. Then my appointment was at 2:45pm didn’t leave from there at 4:35pm. I was so bad and like shock like what in the world. I didn't even finish talking and they both walked away. I was like oh okay. Horrible experience. I never rate doctors but today was just not professional and her Medical assistant was the worse. I even asked for her name because wow! She said her name was Yesenia (MA) and I said oh ok walked away just like she did to me.

I felt like I wasn't heard and was more rushed. On top of that she was an hour late. She gave no answers and honestly gibberish.

She’s my favorite doctor in the arbor location I’m so glad to have her she’s very understanding and open to patients request and actually listens to me
