Was great to see doctor amini again as my ophthalmologist ,,kind,courteous,,and understanding ...

All business and to the point, but explained my situation and (importantly) ask if I had any questions. I liked him and felt value in my session.

Didn't explain the anatomy of my condition; computer images would have helped. No possible game plan if condition continues. Although, he did send me to Dr. Tan for these concerns, but wasn't specific why or even what kind of doctor she is I guess that's her job to answer all of these questions. But, again, he didn't mention that, either.. I was left with simply trust. My one retinal condition was ok, he said. That was my biggest concern. But still will wait for Dr Tan for more time for all other worrisome eye conditions I came in for. Finally, I asked why my last exam were without glasses but today they were. Isn't that comparing apples and oranges?? Amini was silent with that one. So was the girl who took my eye chart exam first. Silent to the same question. I need to assert myself more next time For peace of mind and less anxiety out of Glendora. On a side note, today an emergency visit. Rescheduled today. Two days ago, i paid, and typed me in no show! left

my experience so far for the past 3 months has been a total disaster. no one takes any responsiblity. right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. After 2.5 months of confirming with various staff that previous records have been received today, on the day of the appointment, I find that there are no records! same with appointment setting, asking for call back. nothing has worked the way it was supposed to. I personally spoke with Dr. Amini today and for the first time ever records were finally requested from previous doctor. this is a disaster as far as I am concerened and I have never seen anything this bad. as if that was not bad enough I find out that 2-3 hour waits are typical here. Just one more thing to look forward to! these comments apply to the entire expereience not any one individual

Dr. Amini is a great knowledgeable doctor in his field. He’s up-to-date with all the information regarding the eyes and clinical trials, etc. I thank God that my insurance had me go see him!!

There’s too many patients. The doctor didn’t numb the eye before giving an injection. That made the injection really painful.

Just need more anasteia before the injection, whitch we did discuss at the end on my visit.

He is a great Doctor. However the system employ to take care of the patients, it is very poor. My appoints was at 4:10 pm I got there at 3:45, and I left the place 6:45 pm. He was the only Ophtalmologyst in the place all the other where technicians or trained personnel
