Dr Pavel is a very good doctor but I was disappointed that no one prepared me in any way for the Neck injections prior to the appointment. They should have recommended I take an anti-anxiety medication and they did not even mention it. Also, I believe you definitely need a new treatment table with proper components to comfortably lay your arms and head over a molded form like I've seen before. This was just a flat table with a hole in the bottom for your face. I had problems breathing lying that flat. The equipment is probably not Dr Pavel's fault. The manager and equipment people should improve that table.

Dr. Pavel Balduyeu is a board-certified, fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Specialist. Dr. Balduyeu attended Belarus State Medical University where he received his doctoral degree. Following medical school and his internship, Dr. Balduyeu went on to complete a residency and fellowship both in Anesthesiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, FL.
Dr. Balduyeu has served as the Co-Chair of the Program Committee for the Florida Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) and the Chair of the Peer Review Committee at UF Health Shands Hospital. He has been or is a current member of the Duval County Medical Society, Clay County Medical Society, Spine Intervention Society, North American Neuromodulation Society, American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, and Florida Society of Anesthesiologists.
In his free time, Dr. Balduyeu enjoys reading and outdoor activities such as swimming, water polo, bicycling, running, and tennis. He is fluent in Belarus and Russian languages.
