I’ve gotten several injections from Dr Pavel and he’s been sensitive and caring during every procedure except for this last ablation I received. I was scared and in a lot of pain. All of the staff were insensitive during procedure. It hurt very much even with pain medication.

He rushes in and rushes out, does not take time with the patient. Leaves everything to his assistant, she was great.

Dr. Pavel Balduyeu is a board-certified, fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Specialist. Dr. Balduyeu attended Belarus State Medical University where he received his doctoral degree. Following medical school and his internship, Dr. Balduyeu went on to complete a residency and fellowship both in Anesthesiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, FL.
Dr. Balduyeu has served as the Co-Chair of the Program Committee for the Florida Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) and the Chair of the Peer Review Committee at UF Health Shands Hospital. He has been or is a current member of the Duval County Medical Society, Clay County Medical Society, Spine Intervention Society, North American Neuromodulation Society, American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, and Florida Society of Anesthesiologists.
In his free time, Dr. Balduyeu enjoys reading and outdoor activities such as swimming, water polo, bicycling, running, and tennis. He is fluent in Belarus and Russian languages.
