Hard to understand due to his accent.

Doesn't talk to you to explain what/how he's going to carry out the procedure. You lat down, get cold stuff then next thing you know you're getting stuck.

Goes over what will be done. This appt was unable to get the shot for lower back due to I had taken aspirin night before. Didn't know was to be off aspirin several days prior to injection. But was explained to me this med was added to medications I take after previous visit.

My frustration is that I came for a procedure that could not be done as nobody from the office told me that I needed to be off blood thinners before the procedure. Drove an hour and a half to get to the office. The staff needs to communicate with the patients about this kind of thing. Never saw the doctor in this visit.

I find him to be very professional and knowledgeable. Great doctor.

He didn’t call my VA cardiologist to see if I could stop taking my baby aspirin for one week before the epidural. He never came out to face me and tell me that the procedure will have to be cancelled now and left it to the nurse. I made room on my schedule and drove a half hour to get to the appointment. I don’t think highly of this doctor as he misdiagnosed my hip pain as well.

Dr. Pavel has done an excellent job helping get out of pain! He is professional and quick— stays on schedule and most importantly does a wonderful job! His PA Chris is wonderful and the technologists he works with— esp Gaby is wonderful! I trust them!

I would give 5 stars but I experienced a very uncomfortable jolt down my all of my left leg for about 2 seconds during my ablation procedure on part 2 on my left center side of my lower back, otherwise everything else was outstanding.

My pain is relieved at least temporarily but follow up for an additional procedure was NOT followed through on. My pain was excruciating and the lack of follow through belies truly caring.

Dr. Pavel is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing. I have intermittent peripheral neuropathy. He checked the strength in my arms and legs. He checked my neck and lower back. X-rays showed that I have arthritis but he still wanted me to take an MRI. He wants to check to see if I have a pinched nerve or a fracture. He was compassionate. Thank you, Dr. Pavel.

For pain relief my orthopedic physician sent me to an associate at Southeast, Dr. Pavel Balduyeu. This is my second visit to ease my intense pain. My first visit he injected the right side and today he injected the left side. My right side is doing excellent and I’m hoping I will get the same relief on my left. So far so good. This dr is gentle and compassionate. But most of all he knows what he is doing! RELIEF!!!

Ought to be more personable. MA did not introduce herself, just immediately told me to lay face down on the table. After about 5 minutes, the doc turns around and says, “ So hey how are you today?” What are we best friends? I’ve met him one time for about 10 minutes at least 2 months ago. I’m nervous as hell!!! First time, no sedative and no explanation as to what’s happening.

Wouldn't waste your time or money. Had the WORST experience ever today! Can't make the time to speak to a patient, much less listen to them, read previous records, or understand patient issues. Patient care is NOT a concern of his. I wouldn't recommend this doctor or Southeast Orthopedic to anyone.

My initial visit was unsatisfactory. Dr Pavel did not meet my expectations nor my previous experience with SEOS. I felt rushed and it did not seem like a thorough exam. I hoped that he would go over the results of my MRI and explain to me what it looked like. I had difficulty understanding him and he seemed to have already prepared suggestions for a treatment plan. I told him that I had already been through these with previous doctors but he didn't seem interested in what I had to say and was not at all personable with me. I will go through the PT and see if it helps, but it didn't 2 years ago.
