I come to work each day prepared to provide personal care in a way that best suits my patients. I enjoy taking the time to explain and educate my patients about the problems we are working with and the options available for treating a particular problem in order to empower the people I serve. Not all of the problems I encounter have simple answers, but my goal is to work in a thorough, ethical manner to find answers and solve problems to the best of my ability.

I really enjoy Dr. Utrie and the quality of service he provides. However, he is never on time and what should be a 15 minute appointment can easily take 1.5 hours of my day. My most recent appointment had me waiting for an entire hour after my appointment time before I was seen. At 45 minutes past my appointment time I had to ask the front desk and they finally took me back, to have me waiting another 15 minutes after vitals were taken. My appointment took a few minutes once he was in the room as it was just a medicine check-in. This is not an isolated event and I always know if I have an appointment with him, I better plan on it taking a couple of hours of my day. I have had 4:00 appointments where I left and the entire rest of staff was gone and building lights were shut off by the time I finally was seen. If I didn’t like him has a doctor, I would never go back.
Infusion nurses are amazing!
Appointment was for a blood draw. Had a 9 am appointment. Checked in on time, At 917 I went to nurses station to see what was the hold up. Phlebotomist stated she needed to find the orders. A courtesy that they were running late would be appreciated. Didn’t expect to be running late at 9 am though.
Thorough, intuitive physician prone to analyzing and evaluating the complexity of each individual patient. A sincere provider of essential and specialized services.
Always takes the time to get to know the patients issues. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Does everything g he can to try and help his patients.
