We had a great experience with Dr. Paul Thurston at Central Florida Bone & Joint Institute. I brought my son in for an ingrown toenail procedure, and I was so impressed with Dr. Thurston’s bedside manner. He took the time to explain everything to my son, talked him through the procedure, and made sure he understood the aftercare. He was kind, patient, reassuring, and truly made what could have been an uncomfortable experience so much easier for him. From the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left, every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. The entire experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Thurston and the team at Central Florida Bone & Joint Institute. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and making them feel comfortable and well taken care of!
Dr. Thurston is very thorough and caring. He knew just what to with my 2 broken toes.
Dr Thurston is amazing! I have had 2 pretty involved surgeries due to arthritis in both feet and have had fantastic results. I would highly recommend Dr Thurston for any foot surgery!

He was professional, caring, and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I felt very comfortable and well cared for throughout my treatment. I highly recommend him!
Caring and attentive
He was nice and professional however the injection for the plantar facia made my foot worse. I could barely walk. A hematoma developed took about a week longer to subside.
