Explained in good detail what they are looking at and what testing is to be done to determine treatment
Excellent Dr,explains everything so one can understand, Im sorry to see him retire, but good luck on his retirement.
Paul is good. Administratively the office staff appears to have no idea what is going on. Had to wait in line to “check in “ for 15 minutes. Even though I completed all paper work on line. That is a poor system. The lady that tried to look up my info in the examination office couldn’t find my chart and when she did had no idea what she was doing. Asked me about a drug I never heard of them told me it was my pre surgery drug. I told her I didn’t know I was having surgery!!! Staff was supposed to call me to make an appointment that hasn’t happened yet I’m sure I will need to call them again. This is not a secret, everyone I know that uses them says admin is terrible, Drs are good. I wish it was part of Penn Med maybe they could fix the issues.
Very personable doctor- listened well to my concerns
Good man
