Dr. Shapiro is great but this was the second appointment where I had to wait over an hour in the exam room for the doctor. I have severe anxiety and it was awful sitting in the tiny room alone. I had to remind the staff that I was still waiting. I just would have appreciated some communication before hand. Then I could’ve prepared myself mentally.

Dr Shapiro was great but I waited in an exam room for an hour without seeing anyone. I wondered if I had been forgotten.

The worst experience ever . With age comes experience and manners he has neither ... extremely rude not aware of his appointments . He kept us waiting for over an hour in an empty room asked us to repeat X-rays without any reason . When I went and told the staff that I am waiting she went to the dr and doctor yelled at her .. nurse were rude also …we walked out without finishing the consultation
