He did fix what I needed him to fix but he never called back when I reported infection and there was no after hour doctor on call .

I love Dr Shapiro. When I come to my appointments I'm seen in a timely manner and he addresses all concerns. The only disadvantage is it sometimes feels like your appointments are on an assembly line. No matter whatever you leave with things in order.

Exceptional chair side manner, great listener, extremely knowledgeable and up to date doctor who took the time to explain my current condition as well as the potential future/prognosis. Suggested conservative approach as well as what the more advanced treatments would be if the problem got worse. I cannot give a higher recommendation to a highly talented, qualified, personable, relatable, intelligent doctor. He will exceed your expectations.

A bit concerned when Dr. Shapiro couldn't find break in wrist after 8 xrays. He found it only after getting xrays from urgent care I had gone to previously.

Dr. Shapiro explained a potential procedure for right shoulder replacement. It took his time and made sure I understood the process. Staff took the x-rays and explained the use of the arm brace that a good job.
