Initial visit. Friendly enough but felt like I was rushed. It was the end of the day.

Dr Satia is personable unfortunately the office is not running smoothly. I waited 1.5 hours before seeing anyone. Then my x-rays were not visible because my account number was wrong and the MRI results weren’t visible from the Bowles CD…I am hoping my next office visit goes more smoothly. BTW, not a reflection on Dr Satia’s abilities just a poorly managed office (at this time 🤷🏼♀️)

He truly cares about his patients getting better. He wants to decrease the amount of medication his patients take. He's personable and very easy to talk to. I have complete confidence that he has my best interest at heart.
