First off, he was very late. When he finally came into the room, he was in a hurry and didn’t sit down to go over all of my MRI’s and past surgical procedure until I asked him. He briefly skimmed through my papers, seeming like he had little interest in helping me. He was rude about weight. I know I am overweight, but there’s a way to talk about it and not make a patient feel horrible about it. He had zero bad side manner. Zero! He was not kind or nice. It really felt like I was just another patient he had to deal with on a busy day where he was already behind and he couldn’t give a rat’s butt about.

You get a 5 rating for yourself and your team. Everyone was extremely helpful. That being said, I think it will take me a bit longer to recoup than you think
