Dr. Paul Ponger is easily one of my top 3 doctors ever! His down-to-earth, genuine approach immediately puts you at ease. He took time to thoroughly explain my TKR procedure, answered every question with patience, and most importantly - he actually listened and made me feel heard.
In today's rushed medical world, finding a surgeon who combines exceptional skill with genuine compassion is rare. Dr. Ponger's ability to explain complex procedures clearly while maintaining warmth and approachability gave me complete confidence.
I feel incredibly fortunate to have him performing my total knee replacement. If you want a surgeon who treats you as a person, not a case number, Dr. Ponger is your doctor.
Highly recommend!
