I found Dr. Pflueger very abrasive with me as I had to hear some difficult news. I felt as though I was being scolded for my damaged knee and for asking questions. I'm believe he is a great doctor and his diagnosis and medical advice was spot on. His " bedside manner" however, was difficult to understand and made my life changing news so much harder to hear.

He has been a great Doctor to my husband and I!

This Dr. did greet me, introduce himself and shake my hand, although he seemed hurried and impatient/annoyed with my questions, He demonstrate good skill in administration of a cortisone injection. He must’ve been having a difficult day.

Waited just under an hour to get called in to my appointment. The doctor didn’t have time for my questions and was impatient. He was in such a hurry to get to his next patient that he didn’t take the time to give me a clear understanding of what my recovery would be. I left angry and disappointed when my appointment was over.

Great surgeon, but bedside manner is gruff. He made me feel like I was lying to him. This happened a few times. I began to dread my appointments. Follow ups were to the point and no chit chat. On the other hand, can't say enough great things about the staff and the physical therapy department.
