Pagano never disappoints. He did my first cervical fusion & literally saved my Life in 2020. Hopefully if I can work on getting a different surgery with what he suggests, so I can move my neck again,🎊

First time seeing Dr. Pagano was yesterday. I felt as ease when he was talking to me. He didn't rush to say you need surgery and I liked that. He was figuring out the best health plan for me. I would highly recommend him!!! His staff and PA Joann was also very warm and caring people. I hope you give him a try. My opinion is that he knows what he is doing!!!! Thank you everyone for making this appt as comfortable as possible.

I Love Dr Pagano! He was very thorough and actually took time to listen and looked at my MRI. He noticed areas no one else even bothered to look at and came up with an excellent solution for my shoulder and neck. I highly recommend Dr Pagano.

Didn’t see him. We saw JoAnn. She is great. Takes the time to talk to you and explains whatever questions you ask. Treats you like a person not just a hurry up and get to the next patient.

Dr. Pagano is an excellent doctor. He is friendly,professional, and takes the time to answer questions, explain his answers, and makes his patients feel comfortable with his advice and guidance. I wi recommend him to all my family and friends for any of their Orthopedic needs. The staff is also excellent. All of the girls and guys are friendly, knowledgeable and are the greatest.

Dr. Pagano is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery with a sub-specialty in Spine Surgery.
Dr. Pagano received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 1991 and received his medical degree at the Ohio State University in 1995. Dr. Pagano completed his internship and orthopaedic residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in 2000.
Following his residency, Dr. Pagano performed a two-part Orthopaedic Spine fellowship with Dr. Richard Holt in Louisville, Kentucky and the late Dr. Thomas Whitecloud at the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Dr. Pagano continues to use his engineering background as an active medical consultant holding patents in the field of spine surgery. He has also been an instructor in minimally invasive spinal surgery.
Dr. Pagano is a native of the Youngstown, Ohio where he practiced for 13 years until relocating to the St. Petersburg area with his family in 2013.
