Dr. Mondo has helped me through 5 meniscus tears that ultimately became both knees getting replaced! He was always professional. He has a good bedside manner and a good sense of humor! I swear he could have skipped the MRI as he always could tell on physical exam. Excellent physician!!!

I have been getting gel shots for 4 I have been getting gel shots for 4 years and have never felt any pain and today he gave me a jell shot and the pain was so severe that I was screaming and I could not even get up and walk for 20min. Then when I spoke with the checkout and told her I did not want this Dr again she had the nurve to say that after this change of Dr if I have a bad experience with the new Dr I would have to leave the practice.(as if it’s my fault that I felt pain) I have been getting these shots for 4 years and never had any pain so I do not expect to have pain again and also he said he cannot give me lidocaine with this shot but I am sure the Dr I had last year put lidocaine in with the shot because I never felt any pain beforr

This complaint is not directd at Dr Mondo but at the office policy that he would only look at 1 issue. Am I really supposed to come back with a separate appt for each ache and pain? And a different followup appt for each one? Maybe they're all related to a more systematic illness.
